[RTTY] TinyFSK modem for 45 and 75 baud

For those of you looking for a relatively simple and inexpensive method of doing 45 and 75 baud RTTY using logical keying ("FSK") you can have a look at a TX-only modem that I built that will accomplish this.  It might be a nice project for those of you who are set up for logical keying but don't like the EXTFSK jitter, have wandering stop bits with your UARTs, or don't want to deal with MMTTY between your logging software and radio for whatever reason.  It's an afternoon project, if that.
