[RTTY] ARRL Symbol rate proposal

The latest ARRL letter says the executive committee is
going ahead with the 'symbol rate modernization' proposal.
Do your research on this and get ready to file concise, technical
comments on the FCC site when it comes up. If you don't know why
this is a very, very bad idea it was introduced by someone associated
with Winlink, search 'Winlink wants your frequencies" for the last
time this came around under 'band segmentation by bandwidth'.
Unless PIII unleashed all over the cw/digital band segments is your
idea of a good thing it needs to be killed in it's present form. My 
opinions only.
