[RTTY] Comments on ARRL Centennial QSO Party

Oh, I forgot to add ... there will be those times when someone 'doesn't get the memo' or doesn't print the UP 1-3 and will be calling on the transmit frequency. My advice, and the advice that was given to me, was don't answer them until they are in the calling passband. This worked very well.
