[RTTY] New Winlink usage

I'm not going to Dayton ... I could barely remain civil to N3KN at
Orlando and don't want the temptation of seeing K1ZZ.
Really, it's too soon after the loss of my mother for me to go back
to Ohio. Probably next year.
