[RTTY] RTTY DXCC Startup date?

My Bad about the card dates.  but once RTTY was an endorse able mode for
DXCC that is when we saw a big increase in activity.
I have been on RTTY since 1974.  Sometimes I am forgetful with all the
noise from the Model28ASR in the background!
