[RTTY] Convert ADIF to Cabrillo for FMRE (XE) RTTY Contest

Hello,

Figured it out or finally guessed right:  had to just use APP_WRITELOG_RCVD
for the Serial received, Other field, Field name ("Use STATE as SRX" is not
checked).
