[RTTY] Change in pileup procedure?

I found that Bill has been a respectful moderator. I don't
say that lightly. Bill tolerates opinions on the list that
are at times vastly different from his own. When dealing
with many of us (who at times are very opinionated) he has
been very polite and often quite helpful.

Now, that being said, it shouldn't go to his head.
