Are you using AFSK?  In RTTY the K3 dial should show the MARK RF
frequency.  Space will be 170 Hz lower.

Actual RF Frequency based on xx.070 to xx.077 "dial" frequencies in
USB.  One will find PSKxx between 070 and 074, JT65 from 076-078.5
and JT9 from 078 to 080.
