[RTTY] The Empire Strikes Back....... RM-11708

A good opinion to express to the various ARRL directors, officers, etc.    They do have a good
channel, and hopefully the motivation to educate us on our errors of fact, or better yet
work to resolve the issues that many of us see so clearly.
