[RTTY] using fldigi with TS2000

Actually, this wouldn't be specific to fldigi since it's a general issue for
AFSK.
Anyway, I was using pin 9 with FSK and N1MM and that was working. For AFSK, it
is my understanding that pin 9 will mute the microphone input on pin 11.
According to the TS2000 manual, I need to key the radio with pin 13 so that
pin 11 isn't muted on key down.
I've tried both pin 9 and pin 13 with the same result (no AFSK transmitted).
