[RTTY] This Saturday is the North American QSO Party on RTTY

The North American QSO Party on RTTY will be Saturday July 19, 2014.
Party-time is 1800 UTC Saturday July 19 to 0600 UTC Sunday July 20.
California-time that's 11AM to 11PM PDT on Saturday July 19.

The "friendly" exchange is a Name and State (or Province or Country).
Maximum power is 100 watts. Five bands 10m to 80m, and QSOs and
Multipliers count again on each band! Single operators can operate
up to 10 hours of the 12 hour period.  

Any club or group can form a Team of two to five single-operators.
Register your Team before the contest starts at the "Team Registration"

For practice, try:
Thursday night:
NCCC Sprint RTTY practice on Thursday night July 17th at 6:45PM PDT

or
Friday night:
NAQP RTTY Practice on Friday night July 18 at 7PM PDT for 30 minutes.
(UTC Time Sat July 19, 0200-0230Z) Use the bands that are open for you
and use your NAQP messages. No score reporting needed.

After the contest, check your Cabrillo file for the proper categories,
as some program defaults may not be correct for you.  The NAQP contests
are designed for participants to be either:
 1. Single-op, Non-Assisted, and Low power; or
 2. Multi-Operator Two-Transmitter, Assisted, and Low power.

Please upload your log on the NCJ's "Upload Logs" page, which does
some preliminary checks to help you get full credit for your efforts.

Logs are due in 7 days  (July 27), unless you contact me in advance.

In the July contest, you may encounter some Europeans in the DMC RTTY
Contest who would like a Signal Report and Serial Number (Ex: 599 001).
Be sure to get their Name for your NAQP log!
