[RTTY] ARES E-Letter for July 16, 2014

Joe the event is no different than an annual parade or bike race with 
amateur radio support and since
the US Power Squadron is one of the served agencies for ARES it's 
nothing to get excited about.
On the other hand, why is a thank you letter to the Winlink team even in 
there?
