[RTTY] Reason for W1AW/P Delayed LoTW Uploads

W1AW/KP4 is up (at least the majority of my QSOs are confirmed).
MO and WY ended this week - I suspect it takes a while for the
coordinator to collect logs from all the stations, perhaps even over
a weekend, and prepare them for upload, particularly since it requires
preparing a different Station Location (different counties, grids, etc)
for each station then signing/uploading the log for each station
independently.
