[RTTY] Reason for W1AW/P Delayed LoTW Uploads

Ed K0KL,

I was not picking on either MO or WY as those operations just finished. Some of the past operations have taken a long time to upload or to be processed at ARRL.  

The 8-Jun-2014 ARRL web page at

https://centennial-qp.arrl.org/w1aw-portable-qsos.php

shows AL, LA, MO, WY, CO, NY and SD as Waiting for Upload.
