According to some published reports, the FCC has been
flooded with over 300,000 comments concerning net
neutrality.

The FCC website was crashed, due to the high volume
to the extent that a new 'mailbox' was established
merely to handle that one issue.

Meanwhile, almost every ECFS docket that was open
has received a multitude of Net Neutrality comments.
RM-11708 is no exception. Apparently there has been
so much venting by the public that RM-11708 has been
equated with Net Neutrality.

In a sense, isn't that indeed related to what RM-11708
has proposed to do, destroy Hamband neutrality?

Net Neutrality and HamBand Neutrality together? A thought!
