[RTTY] Contest CQ-detection by the RTTY-Skimmer system

I do:          TU YOURCALL  CALL CQ
 
Others do:  YOURCALL TU CALL CQ
 
Do these also work?  The skimmer should be  flexible enough to cover all 
these cases.
