[RTTY] Pactor 3 demo

I believe this thread is quite important to the RTTY community and
certainly deserves public disclosure at RTTY at contesting.com.
After all, is not the future survival of RTTY tied directly to the
ability to QRM the mode right out of existence?
Note: Nobody will be 'getting back to RTTY' if auto stations are
allowed to run amuk as has been documented by the behavior exhibited
by those who ran this demo. This 'demo' is what happens repeatedly
every day to narrowband operators.
