It's almost an US affair, it seems almost an US affair, but it isn't.
My personal point of view is that Jim, AC0E, wasn't **unfair** at all.
Those ARRL peoples, that understand quite nothing of radio tech., 
deserve **only** the worse treatment.
Give to Caesar what is Caesar's.

If the RM-11708 will be passed it will be a Pandora's box for all the world.
The ARRL, even if doing several good things, seems to have started what 
could be a crack down on ours RTTY lifes.
Let alone the fact that they dismissed the RTTY DXCC, all DIGITAL are 
equals in theirs egg heads. (Out of CW, of course.)
