[RTTY] Makrothen and NA Sprint RTTY

I see from rttycontesting.com that there are two RTTY contests this
weekend: the Makrothen and the NA Sprint.

The good news is that the 24 hours of Makrothen are done in 8-hour shifts,
which do not overlap with the Sprint - which means you can fully operate
both contests (woo hoo!). Just have a log file ready to switch over after
the 2nd Makrothen stint. It's easy and fun!

The Makrothen is a distance-scored contest, the exchange is your
4-character grid square. Something different! Rules:
