[RTTY] W3LPL RTTY Spots?

Hi Joe

Frank is one of the nicest, least ego-driven "big contester" types I have
ever met. I am positive that whatever he does isn't just to stamp his
callsign on ever spot but trying to filter out bogus skimmer spots. Your
opinion of its effectiveness is not uncommon but I am sure its not
ego-driven!
