Hi Jerry
Yes, i know about this.
But the biggest problem is that if you want OWN colour for callsign in
bandmap of N1MM+ it will not get easy to see with RTTY window or Entry
window, or check call window.
It hard to explain what few if us prefer with multiple 24/27 LED screen and
better layout/colours. N1MM + team will not change it, they says is not a
problem... I had 10 emails with one of the crew.
I been studying this about preferred colours and backgrounds passed to year
in academy, what makes best situation and colours is also upto what monitor
you actually have. No one see the same or feel the excatly same colour
temperature or contrast.
Some get stressed or irritated of few settings, and i tried few option.
The combo is super for bandmap, but sucks for RTTY... with dark background
or non default colours.
Hope N1MM+ will study more on this! Color is more than you think,
saturation, wavelength, temperature.
I saw Siemens had a documents from '70 & 80' about best colours to use for
operation panel in industry. so it still the same, people is dividided in
60/40..
Grey, Blue or Black is best background
Best colour for symbols
1 Yellow 2 Red 3 White 4 Pink 5 Cyan 6 Green 7 Blue

Ok, hope there will be possible to get some settings which can be flexible
for those of us who really love RTTY and own colour setup :)

Windows provides a way to get high contrast for improved visibility. You
might want to try it:
Start - Control panel - Ease of Access - Ease of Access Center - Make the
computer easier to see
Check "Turn on or off High Contrast....."
Then you have a keyboard shortcut to toggle it.
I don't routinely use it here, but I it might help. Let us know.

Hello
I tried several setups for RTTY
But N1MM team will not change combo colours. I discussed hours, they not
understand how colourblindness etc make hard
to see few scenarios.
I have trouble see them after caraccident.
I cant find any good combo for RTTY / decoder and bandmap+ entry window.
I tried background primary for RTTY and bandmap:
green ligth/dark
Grey
Blue ligth/dark
Black
it impossible mix good view for rtty decoding and good bandmap/ entry
window callsign.
Best option is to get own color for rtty text and background,
And seperate for bandmap and Entry window.
Hope other can convince them, than not been believed in :(
