[RTTY] SCC RTTY contest this weekend

Hi olfa,

I have tested it again with Writelog v. 10 (I do not have ver. 11) and it
works just fine. I am using SCC RTTY Writelog Module by DC3HB?

I am sure you follow instructions in Readme which comes with preset fiel
