Greetings Diddlers!

Well that was an exciting and thrill-packed 4 hours of phone sprinting over the weekend. Pleased to work many NSers, both cw and rtty types. Kudos to N6WM and the new SSB Sprint team for putting on a well organized effort. Hmmm, maybe I need to get some training from Chris on how to promote a sprint event...

Back to the subject at hand. A big NS welcome to first-timers W6KY (Art) and KK4JSJ (Lee). Lee is a QRP operator so keep your ears and eyes on the lookout.

I've listened the last two evenings for K1N on RTTY but nothing so far. They are apparently not posting a schedule due to the DQRM problem, so we'll just have to keep flexible. I would suggest if a pileup ends up near x.080 on a band we'll just have to move higher. Let me know if anyone discovers any good info about their operating plan.

Please join us at the usual time and place, and (one more time):

 160 METERS!!

I'm shooting for 2 Qs with 2 different stations this week. Let's see what we can do..

Dupe rule still in effect. If you enjoy these sessions and think they help
your technique, please invite your friends. The more the merrier (and
busier).

Friday, 6 Feb 2015, 0145Z - 0215Z (Thursday 5 Feb 2015 in NA)
-- 1745 - 1815 PST
-- 2045 - 2115 EST
-- (others in-between these two)
-- 160: 1805 and up <--- NOTE!!!
-- 80/40/20, +80kHz up from the band edge
-- Same band dupes ok after 1 intervening Q.
-- 1 kHz QSY rule, otherwise standard Sprint rules.
-- 100W power limit.

Please visit http://www.ncccsprint.com/rttyns.html for complete rules and
links to other info.

Report scores to 3830scores.com, and join us at 0300Z on 3610 kHz for comments and questions. If you don't hear us on 3610 we may have moved a bit due to some other groups who are regularly on the same frequency.

 Diddle diddle,
