[RTTY] Dual RX Single Radio

Thanks Joe.  I must have missed it in the manual, and bought the MK2 second
hand.  I of course have several cables.  I've always wondered what the
pigtail was for on the AF cable!  Now I  know!

Of course K1N is now gone, but I'll be ready for the next one!
