[RTTY] Delaware RTTY suggestion - NAQP!

w8uv is now in DE,,    he is on lotw and I am sure willing to sched and 
be available--he is not on this reflector-- yet...   for fill ins-new 
state, he would be a good shot--great guy...just let him know, very
