[RTTY] RBN CQ Spotting

I having trouble getting spotted by the RBN. What is the best Writelog CQ
Macro to maximize the spotting?

I use:

%RCQ CQ DE VK4UC VK4UC  %E

Should I go simply to

CQ CQ DE VK4UC VK4UC

I used to get spotted all time by the DL4RCK cluster

Any suggestions?
