In the Russian Cup Digital contest this coming weekend.

 

Looking at the rules for a confirmed contact

You will need a Control number simply serial number I guess

What I don't understand is  what is a  QTH-locator notation

Their definition is  is a party (two letters and two digits, all four
digits). 

Examples of  proper education control number: 001LP48.

 

For US stations is this just a Grid Square like FN20
