[RTTY] SO2R

Howdy,

I agree with Don, the ops sending actually their full state name (e.g. TEXAS) or ZONE 5 and included
regular QSO bits like PSE K or UR Report etc. far more made it a problem for me than someone not coming
back within the next second.

I played with single call vs twice call sign in my CQ message but figured to keep it a bit longer to make
It easier for other ops to tune in. My CQ message for this one was simply CQWW K5TRI K5TRI and only
send exchange once to keep it short (I’m operating SO2R).

I don't think it's just SO2R operators that are creating delays. I operated single band this weekend and realized there are far more delays from non-SO2R ops than SO2R ops. For the most part nearly all ops are on queue but it's especially the new ops that create delays.
SO2R operators don't like delays either because it messes up our timing but I certainly don't gripe about it. Instead, I'm just happy the station called me in the first place whether he's SO2R or not. I don't understand why we even have this discussion every year.

I stopped counting how many time I had to wait for a SO2R operatior to get
back to me because he was transmitting on another band.  I beleive fabi's
suggestion is a way to shorten this wait time so the experience become
enjoable to all contester.

Thanks,
