[RTTY] Two dontests this weekend

Just a reminder of the DRCG WW RTTY contest this coming weekend. This
is a 24 hour contest broken into three eight-hour sections, a format
which many ops prefer. The contest starts at 0000 UTC Saturday

There is also a new contest using the DominoEX4 mode this weekend.

The rules allow operation in the WARC bands, something most contesters
strongly discourage. I hope the contest sponsors will reconsider this
soon.
