[RTTY] BARTG rule question

Eliminating SO2R from SOAB is the intent of that rule.  If you 
want to do SO2R, you have to go SOE.

It's actually a pretty elegant way to sort out SO2R from SO1R.

I haven't entered this contest in many years. Upon reading the 
rules, I notice the 5 minute rule on band changes for SOAB 
entries. If I read this correctly, does this not eliminate 
operating as SO2R ?
