[RTTY] 10117 Mhz

I went there and saw the spots.  I did hear someone try to answer maybe 
it was you, Jeff.  I could not get XMTTY to decode it though.  Maybe I 
need a different decoder.  I need to be able to work someone if I can 
hear them.
