[RTTY] MMTTY 1.70 ?

I got a new desktop and downloaded 1.70 MMTTY and set it up. After a couple
of mis-steps I got it Receiving and Transmitting - BUT - After it transmits
I have about a 30 second "tail" - that is the radio stays in TRANSMIT about
30 seconds after the last character sent. I have searched everywhere to
find what might be keeping it in TX without luck. Someone please point me
at where I might look.
