[RTTY] Multi-channel Decoding

The RTTY skimmers do a really good job. Plus Gritty is multi-channel,
although only 3 kHz or so and it's pretty good too.

Have no experience with multichannel decoders, but I would have to say no
under anything less than ideal conditions. That would be asking quite a lot.
