[RTTY] MMVARI and 2Tone (stand-alone?)

2-Tone does not operate stand alone.  It operates only as an RTTY Engine
in DXLab Suite (WinWarbler), N1MM Logger+, WriteLog and certain other
logging software that support the MMTTY XMMT.OCX interface.
