[RTTY] sending from key board

I have a question .... I am using microHam keyer 2 with a PS2 keyboard 
plugged in the back. I have DX4WIN open with MMTTY running. I have 8 
messages saved and hitting any of these puts the rig into transmit and 
sends the message which shows up in the mmtty window. Works great! Now I 
can also hit F10 on the PS2 keyboard and it goes into transmit, diddles 
and appears to send what ever I type but nothing shows in the mmtty 
window.... in other words no visual indication of what I am typing.... 
is this normal and any way to see what I am typing? Obviously i am a 
rookie here! so any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Cort K4WI
