[RTTY] Best request for serial number fills

Maybe we can get N1MM+ at least adapted so that default macros are better.
I could imagine "enhanced smarts" in N1MM so that a repeat of F2 sends a
"super-fill F2". This would be very useful for me in serial-number CW
contests too.

But the vast majority of these inefficient low-information-content macros
must be coming from other non-contest loggers, right? I will see if I can
make a breakdown of loggers used in recent WPX RTTY's. Ed, if you already
have one, that would be great to see.
