REPLY:

Exactly. Everyone needs a separate F-key which sends only the exchange
several times, nothing else. No calls, no "R" no  "TU", just the
exchange. 

Also, when you ask for a repeat, the question mark is not necessary.
Just send NR NR NR and they get the message. Saves a few hundred
milliseconds. :-)
