Leigh can answer the club bulletin question, but quite frankly I've been 
waiting for someone to step forward to be president of the club. We haven't 
had a president for some time. N6ED has been assembling the Sprint and NAQP 
teams, and now N6RT is doing the same, but the club has been relatively 
inactive for the past couple of years. When was the last actual club 
meeting (not a Summer Bash)?

As a result, there's not been much to publish on the web site or in a 
newsletter. I've stopped collecting dues because we haven't had club 
meetings or published SCCCORE -- so there haven't been any expenses. 
Currently, our only expense is to sponsor the NAQP CW/SSB Combined Plaque, 
and we can afford this without collecting dues for several years.

I think the better question is what is up with the SCCC?
