[SCCC] rotor repair

Hi all
 
I am trying to get my station put back together after a remodel job and
found that my rotor isn't working properly.  The motor seems to work ok
but the indicator does not track it.  It is a Ham 4 that is about 5
years old.  Any ideas?  Does anyone in SoCal do rotor repair?
 
Also, I might be able to pickup a used HG-70HD tower.  Anybody have any
experience with this tower?
 
I am looking forward to getting back on the air after being gone for
several years!!
