[SCCC] AB 1228 Passes in California Assembly

AB 1228 passed this morning on the floor of the California
Assembly....the vote was 67 to ZERO......by the way, the vote in the
Assembly Local Government Committee was 9 to ZERO.......our next step
will be the Senate Local Government Committee where we will once again
need more letters to the Committee in support of AB 1228........73 es
