[SCCC] Southern California Edison Line Noise Response?

Has anyone had any experience in the last few years with Southern California
Edison regarding power line interference, either positive or negative?

I presently have a bad case of interference. I've contacted SCE a few times
over the last several years, and don't believe they have ever done anything
other than have a representative, Mr. Steve Duffield, telephone me. One year he
waited until just after a heavy rain, claimed he checked for interference, and
didn't find anything. I got involved with something else and did not keep up
the fight.

Is anyone else experiencing this or any type of response?
