[SCCC] W6KK & WB6UCD PACKETCLUSTERS

Is it just me or the W6KK/WB6UCD PACKET CLUSTERS all out of service? 
I have tried them on all regular freqs (145.690, 144.690, 145.670,
144.950) and all I ever get is RETRY COUNT EXCEEDED.  I don't even see
any of the normal background stuff I usually see when disconnected. 
Did the big Santa Ana winds blow something away?
