[SCCC] W6KK PACKETCLUSTER Node

Thanks Dana,
What I discovered after my post is that I can access the web site
using IE, but not using Netscape, my primary browser.  I am still
reading it and trying to figure out how to do what I want to do. 
Problem is it don't work the way the HELP menu says it is supposed to.
