[SCCC] New Site

[Ray]

Font and colors are fine with me. Suggestion, replace the dotted box 
with a solid thin line box. The dots make it look like a cut out.

Can the palm tree/trees be added somewhere? They give the page the 
Southern California image, something we originally wanted to portray.
