Mike,

"My" jammer was playing some sort of recording, I didnt think it was laughter
though.  Sort of an obnoxious grinding sound.  Might be the same guy, seemed to
be coming from the East and was s9+, stronger than most of the stations calling
me.  I tried ignoring him and waiting him out, but he was real persistant.

I ended up leaving the frequency and going back to "good old" cw.
