The Southern California Contest Club will hold its June meeting at the Anza QTH
of Tom Alford, W6KP, on SUNDAY, June 20, 2004 at 1 PM.

Tom has what I believe to be the best radio contesting QTH in California.
Unfortunately, Tom has just sold the place, not to a radio amateur but to the
next best thing, a birdwatcher! Sadly, the antennas and equipment must go.

The program will consist of the group lamenting the loss of this great QTH to
radio. Additionally, there will be bone-picking taking place where you can make
offers to Tom for some of the equipment. Tom suggests that some will be
available for no cost.

The meeting is during the All Asian Contest. Antennas for 15, 20, and 40 will
still be up, and you will be able to experience the location in operation.

This will be the last time ever to see one of Southern California's biggest
stations. A few of the antennas have already been taken down.

BYO drinks and munchies.

Please let me know if you are coming so we have an idea of how many to expect.
If you decide to come at the last minute, just show up.

Tom's Anza QTH telephone is (909) 763-2240. He expects to be there the entire
day in case you want to arrive early.

I hope to see you there.

73,
