[SCCC] Section Abbreviations

I think we're going the wrong way.  Maybe we should go to one letter.  
Because of the populations that Dick pointed out, Los Angeles would be L, San Diego 
would
be S, and Orange would be O.  Contestants in those sections could save 40
minutes according to Dick's calcs.  I'm petitioning the FCC to get W6 as my
call.  (If I was the King, this wouldn't be a problem!)
