[SCCC] Quite vertical

Using low power I was able to load my Create 40/80 ground plane (20' off the ground)
with a base coil. I tried it one year with the Alpha 78 and it melted the Create insulators.

The vertical was 2-3 S-units MORE quite than my lousy B&W 30/160 dipole with the center 33' high.

So much for the noisy vertical theory, at least in Yorba Linda.
