[SCCC] KG6OK, Herb Rosenberg, SK

Most of you have probably heard that SCCC member Herb Rosenberg,
KG6OK, passed away on the 19th.

Herb had probably one of the biggest stations in Orange County, and
hosted many M/S operations before his health started affecting him a
few years ago.  He also was a board member in the SoCal DX Club for
years and was responsible for rounding up all of the great prizes at
Visalia for many recent years.
