Well I bought the HT I threatened to buy becuz of the horrible
band conditions.  Tried talking thru the local repeaters.  I think
they might be terrorist as they kept saying they were 'detonated'.
They also wanted to know what my 'working condx' were and I
kept saying I was retired. 
Put the HT on eBay....
Hmmmmmmm.. Maybe try EchoLink! 
Sounds like a mode where you talk to yourself. 
Kinda like 10 Meters right now....I wonder if
EchoLink has numbers like 10 Meters does.
